A domain publishes its DMARC policy as a TXT record on the _dmarc name. The value v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:user@google.com tells receivers to reject mail that fails the checks (p=reject) and where to send aggregate reports (rua); the report address is shown as user@google.com on this page.
