A domain publishes its DMARC policy as a TXT record on the `_dmarc` name. The value `v=DMARC1; p=reject; rua=mailto:user@google.com` tells receivers to reject mail that fails the checks (`p=reject`) and where to send aggregate reports (`rua`); the report address is shown as `user@google.com` on this page.
