Matches records whose domain.whois.registrant.email matches the pattern *@withheldforprivacy.com (* stands for any characters).

Matching on the part after @ finds every domain whose registrant address is a privacy-service relay, without naming anyone. The field has no endswith; a pattern that starts with * does the same.

In the response, look at results[].domain.whois.registrant.email.
