Two Association Types

Two types at once (association=dns_ns,dns_mx): a domain matches if either does: 252 domains for paypal.com.

Param: association domain
Value: dns_ns,dns_mx paypal.com

association takes several types separated by commas. The response lists both in requested_association_parameters.

Without strict, a domain matches when any type does: 252 domains, more than the 238 of dns_ns alone.

In the response, look at requested_association_parameters and result_count.
