Associated Domain Finder Examples · Example 2 of 2 in Default Associations

With strict=true, every applied association must match: 29 domains for paypal.com instead of 3,334.

strict=true turns “any association” into “every association”: a domain must match each applied type.

The same six types were applied, and only 29 domains match all of them. The 11 records shown, such as paypal-information.com, paypal-turkiye.com, paypal.com.au and getbraintree.com, are registered to paypal inc., use PayPal’s name and mail servers and carry PayPal, Inc. in their certificate.

In the response, look at result_count, results[].domain.whois.registrant.organization and results[].ssl.subject.organization.
