Asks for a capture at a device pixel ratio of 1.5 (`scale=1.5`).

`scale` sets how many image pixels draw one CSS pixel, from 0.5 to 4. The page keeps its 1366 × 768 layout and is drawn with 1.5 times as many pixels in each direction. `retina=true` is the ratio 2, and `scale` wins when both are sent. The response links to the image in `screenshot_url`.
