Load Lazy Images on a Full Page

A full-page capture with lazy_load=true: the page is scrolled first so images further down are loaded.

Param: full_page lazy_load
Value: true

Asks for the whole page and scrolls through it first (full_page=true&lazy_load=true).

Many pages load images only when they scroll into view; without lazy_load those images would be blank in a full-page capture. The response links to the image in screenshot_url.
