Asks for a capture of HTML sent in the request (`custom_html`), with no `url`.

The browser renders the given HTML instead of loading a page: the response has no `url`, `redirected_url` is `about:blank` and the file name starts with `custom-html-`. For long HTML, send it as a JSON body with Screenshot (POST).
