Asks for the IP WHOIS record of `2001:4860:4860::8888`, the IPv6 address of Google Public DNS.

The reference describes `ip` as an IPv4 or IPv6 address, but on September 24, 2026 the API answered HTTP 400 for every IPv6 address we tried, in short and in full notation: `code` `10400`, and for the parameter `ip` the subcode `12000` with "The given input is not a valid IP.". Until IPv6 addresses are accepted, look up IPv4 addresses only.
