`.укр` is an internationalized top-level domain. Domain names travel in their ASCII (punycode) form, so the request asks for `nic.xn--j1amh`.

The example requests the WHOIS record of `nic.укр`, the registry's own domain by convention. The `.укр` registry's WHOIS server answered that it found no record for it: `raw` is that answer, `parsed` is `null` and `parse_code` is 13001.
