`.th` is the country-code top-level domain of Thailand.

The example requests the WHOIS record of `nic.th`, the registry's own domain by convention. The `.th` registry's WHOIS server answered that it found no record for it: `raw` is that answer, `parsed` is `null` and `parse_code` is 13001.
