Port Scan Is Documented as a POST Request
The Port Scan lookup is documented as POST /lookup/port-scan, with the scan options in a JSON body; the previous documentation showed a GET request.
Port Scan is documented as a POST request. The host goes in the target
query parameter, and the scan options go in a JSON body:
Shell
curl -X POST "https://api.deepinfo.com/v1/lookup/port-scan?target=deepinfo.com" \
-H "apikey: YOUR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"tcp_ports": "80,443", "mode": "light", "version": true}'
tcp_ports takes a list ("80,443"), a range ("440-445") or both. Without it, the default port set of
mode is scanned. The reference page lists the other options and the response fields.
The previous documentation site showed this lookup as a GET request. Send it as POST, as documented.
